Dr. Ranjan is the absolute BEST!! She is kind and understanding and she takes the time to listen, not like a lot of other doctors that just rush in and out. She always takes care of me and my family. As soon as the doctor visit is over the staff is already sending any prescriptions that I may have to my pharmacy which I really appreciate because I don't have to wait all day to get them. I highly recommend Dr. Priti Ranjan to anyone who is looking for a great doctor!! I don't like the doctor's in my area so I rather drive to Plano to see Dr. Ranjan because I know they're gonna take care of me. All the staff are kind and professional. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and friendly and so are the medical assistants. Everyone is great!! More

Unfortunately, I didn’t get my physical results back and when I called to get them, I had to leave over five messages (not exaggerating) and I never got a call back. I’ve been going to Nest Family Medicine for a while now, and every time I go I have a great experience. I always feel that I’m being heard and valued and that my medical concerns are taken seriously. The staff is polite and helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. I made an appointment because I was having issues with my asthma. Little did I know that I was going to have a full blown asthma attack when I got there. I was rushed from the waiting room and into the examination room where I remained for almost an hour getting treatment. Both the nurse and doctor were top notch and got me through a very scary time. Hey Nest Family! I found the practice on Google a few days ago. I was able to communicate with someone from the office via email, get the initial paperwork, and send it back. Within a short amount of time, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The office administration are very nice. Dr. Rahki Sarkar was nice and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable. I also noticed how genuinely she was showing care towards my for my visit. Believe it or not, most family physicians are not. She called me the next day (today) and went over everything on my lab results. That also means a lot because I never had a family physician to do that. Dr. Ranjan and the team at Nest are the BEST! After being grossly misdiagnosed at a local urgent care, I found Dr. Ranjan who quickly identified and prescribed the proper treatment. Through this ordeal I found that every urgent care clinic that was called did not have an MD on site- only RNs and Nurse Practitioners. I encourage you to do the same research and beware of who is treating you. And I don’t demean the hard working RN/NP at all- but there’s no substitute for the knowledge of a doctor. This is especially true of Dr. Ranjan. She is awesome! More

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarkar's for several years now and she has correctly diagnosed and treated several illnesses for me. When I first saw her, it was her first week at Premier Healthcare of North Texas I was unsure, as I would be about any new doctor, of her knowledge, bedside manor and ability to communicate effectively with me. In very short order I found her to be friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She is very straight forward and explains things in plain English- why she wants to perform certain tests and never "talks down" to me. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to explain in as much detail as necessary, the issue\procedure\test results under discusion. She listens to me and takes into consideration my feelings about certain drugs and my reaction to them. Best Dr I’ve ever had!! She is the kind of Dr that doesn’t walk in and shake your hand.. she gives you a hug. She listens and cares. She ask about your family but also watches your health very close. She is spot on with her Diagnosis My husband and I both go to her. We had a scare while were were out of town. We were told my husband had a mass on his pancreas. I called her and she had us come straight to her office after our plane landed to look at the scan and talk to us. Not many Dr’s do that! She goes above and beyond. Dr. Ranjan and her staff are highly professional, courteous and friendly. My last visit was a while back (I've been healthy, knock on wood!) But if I was in her office right now, I would take pictures--it is a smallish practice, but with everything needed for a superb family Doctor, and the ambiance is lovely: Relaxing colors, going with an earthy theme, and yet very new & modern. They are an approachable team of caregivers-- you can ask anything; and expect the most accurate & informative response your questions. I knew I wanted to keep her as my primary care doctor, but I also wanted to find a more affordable insurance, so I called. I was given the direct number to a free insurance expert (who also goes to Dr. Ranjan by the way) and she helped me pick out the best insurance on the marketplace for Dr. Ranjan according to my budget/medical needs. (Nest Family Medicine takes *many* kinds of insurance). In the office, they are also very helpful when it comes to insurance and costs. The Doctor will let you know ahead of time if a shot or lab work may add to cost. But more importantly, she listens to your problems and is genuinely interested, with the experience and knowledge to tailor your treatment for optimal results. I want to point out that the Doctor does not hesitate to give you medication when needed (such as antibiotics). I had one incident a year ago at a dentist ( I no longer go to the dentist in this story) where I specifically asked for antibiotics for mouth/gum infection. He (the dentist at this other place) refused to give me antibiotics, telling me instead that I needed a deep cleaning that day. I knew that sounded wrong. I visited Dr Ranjan the next day. She examined my mouth closely and found mouth ulcers. She issued antibiotics and a medicated anti-viral, anti-bacterial mouth wash that dentists normally prescribe. I followed her treatment plan and got better quickly. She also suggested B12 supplements for helping my natural defenses ward off mouth ulcers. Her breadth of knowledge and caring is amazing! More

The office is bright, cozy and inviting. The staff is amazing! They are all extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Ranjan is a delight and she will spend time with you, listen to you and really understand your concerns. She is kind, caring and present. This isn’t a cold factory where you only get to see the doctor for two minutes. A lot of other doctors just want to get you in and out as fast as possible and even try to sell you some sponsored products along the way. I met Dr. Ranjan when she at another practice. A practice I had gone to for many years. The quality of that service declined rapidly over a couple years.
